How much SANDING will be involved? – Well for “smoothwall systems 3-5 Alot
My I don’t do much smooth wall anymore. It is not high skill leval; Just alo of work!
I can give you Art you can Live In. Hand finishes that are Norman Rockwell with a puppy type ambonce… Match ANY TEXTURE IN THE WORLD. Give you Smootwall or paint your back porch. Some of these things are just not the best utilization on my time and that is a big part or any wall system.

If you call me last I can often give you a qualified “phone bid” and I you save me the “FREE ESTIMATE!” I won’t hide it in your bid or the next person’s (maybe you?) No kidding, I GET 85-90% OF MY BIDS. I keep my overhead down as the great Craigslist allows. I spent $3,000 a year in 80′s and 90′s.
I only recieved 30% of my bids. All that time and money advertising and bidding and keeping my crew busy; I passed along…

You should request a listing of prior projects from the contractor and I can usually give you a recent reference that is simular to your project. Be sure it includes the owners or general contractors name and phone number, photos for projects not in your vicinity and the value of the projects (to be sure the subcontractor can handle your size project).The WallSculptor is an ol fart! I am 53 with some leg circulation issues! I want the very difficult patch and match.
