Does My Mom have some sort of psyc disorder or something?
Okay, where to begin.
I told her i was going away to college, she FLIPPED OUT, screamed, yelled, etc.
I finally got her to let me take online classes at my dads promising that i would come back after 1 semester (another state).
I really didnt want to and my dad didnt see a reason for me not to go away to college so he helped me get info on it where as my mom would not even acknowledge i wanted to go away and would say, NO NO NO NO whenever i brought it up.
I found a college that was one of the best community colleges in the country (she lives in the dumbest state for academics in the country) and she screamed at me, hung up, then went on her myspace, that she made to be friends with all of my little sisters friends, and wrote me messages,
“you better NEVER EVER come back to my house ever again.” “don’t ever talk to your little sister ever again”
“you’re not allowed to call your grandmother or aunts ever again” “don’t eve talk to me ever again”
She told me she was canceling my car insurance as well.
She didnt talk to me for 3 months.
Then she started talking to me like NOTHING happened.
Then I moved back home after 2 years due to financial hardship and she is CRAZIER THEN EVER!
I wake up and go downstairs and the first thing out of her mouth is DO THIS DO THAT CLEAN THIS CLEAN THAT.
and i’m like… GOOD MORNING MOM!
Then if i’m sitting down doing homework or something she’ll tell me to go do something and I will hesitate for 30 seconds (NOT an exaggeration) and she’ll scream to do it because i didnt move fast enough.
The other day i was talking to my aunt and my aunt and I were joking around and I said to my aunt,
“yeah move back here [shes from another state] and I will help pay to board your hours”
then my mom from across the room, not even in the conversation YELLS
“you can’t afford nothin you stupid kid”
My aunt was shocked, speechless, and so was I.
she rarely goes out and just sits at home and BUGS US. and I know the whole “moms bug kids thing” but this is not the same.
She will make lists of stuff for us to do then go to the casino.
3 Weeks ago she came home and sat us down. She said, “it’s hard times now and I’m going to need you guys to each (me my little sister and my boyfriend) give me 300.00 a month to pay the bills.
(she just asked my boyfriend for the 400 she lent him to help move us back in and when she got it.. she went to the casino)
I couldn’t control myself. She wants US to give her 900 all together and what is she contributing from her own pocket…
Then she went to the casino this week1 night all night, she buys an 8.00 pack of ciggs every day and when my dog ate 1 pack she screamed (not worried about my dog but about her ciggs), she buys 20.00 in lotto every week, and she buys starbucks several times a week (5.00 coffee).
She yells about the electric being high and blames ME and then leaves all lights and fans on and uses 100 W bulbs in EVERYTHING
she’s always saying people are picking on her and if you DO NOT agree with what she has to say, YOU are picking on her!
She storms off, throws stuff, SLAMS doors, SCREAMS, says she’s leaving, says she’s kicking us out, Leaves (goes to casino).
She says we’re BAD with our money and she’s amazing at budgeting and having money. We spend a TON of money but we spend it on things we think will pay off (investments) Not ciggs and when we do spend it on something for fun, it’s very VERY little.
We have had some big payoffs and some not so big ones (which landed us here)
then she says to my boyfriend, “i’m going to move in with you guys when you buy a house” (we’re looking to get the hell out of here) and he’s like, if you run out of money you can live in the third car garage and we’ll convert it to a room”
she started flipping and said, “i should have put you guys in my garage when you came back home. I didnt and now you’re taking up every effin room of my house….
and every day she’s like “you’re not moving out until you’re 30 you’re not leaving me, you’re not moving, when your boyfriend buys his house, you can stay here”
She’s a crazy woman sometimes…
