I’m having a hard time with picking a degree path – Please help!?

OK about me:
22 year old wife and mother to 3 and 1 year old boys
Have Medical Coding and Billing diploma; went into the field because they said I could work right after graduation, but it turned out to be too many “complications”; was going to use that work to help me get through college
Need to work full time, but also need to go back to school
VERY little funds for school expenses

I am basically trying to go to school for SOMEthing at this point. I went to school online (Pinnacle Career Institute online) and received my diploma. Was going to get certified, but the certification I would receive was not cared for by employers, so I never did it. That was 2008, fast forward to 2010. I still have school loans, have not held a job for longer than one month (because of pregnancy) and when trying to utilize my “credentials”, no employer wants them.

I have been offered to finish out my diploma by enrolling into the school’s Medical Coding and Billing Associate Degree. Is there even a such thing???? The school is telling me this will help me greatly in the job market. Only problem: it costs $12,000 for 7 months (the remainder of the time I will need to do since I already have the diploma). 2 years in community college for Information Technology (what I REALLY want to go to school for) is the same amount split into 2 years, about $7000 a year. The admissions rep even told me that the IT field is saturated (True? False?), and medical coding and billing is the “2nd top position in the medical field”. What should I do?

The pros for the MC&B –
Online so I can work full time
Would almost guarantee some type of recognition in the job field
I already have gone through more than half of the program

Cons for MC&B -
I am not fully guaranteed that employers are going to like the sound of a Medical Coding and Billing DEGREE
It does cost a lot, and I already have loans to pay back
I will STILL have to go on for Health Information Tech if I want security in my job

Pros for IT:
The field I want to get into
It is an in-demand job
The school is reputable

Cons for IT –
I’m not sure if an Associate’s will be enough
I most likely won’t be able to work or will be working and going to school full-time
If the market really is saturated, I may not have a chance

What is the best decision? What would you do?

Can you legally sell a TENS unit without having the customer provide a doctor’s rx?

(TENS: transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator)

I can not find the answer to this specifically on the FDA website.

I was wondering if someone who knows how to answer this question can reply to me:

I would like to sell TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) units in my online store. From what I understand from the FDA website, TENS units are Class II medical devices. Can I legally sell these to customers without them providing me a doctor’s prescription? I see many companies and websites online currently that sell these units to regular consumers without any further requirements.

I understand that with these devices I need to make appropriate disclaimers about usage, but before I put them on the market I want to be sure. I have worked in physical therapy and chiropractic clinics in the past where they have been sold to consumers and clients without a doctor’s rx and wanted to know if this was done legally as well. From what I was told, a doctor’s rx was required if insurance was to pay for the TENS unit, but otherwise, none was required.

A concise answer to this question would be appreciated. Please also feel free to email me about this as well.

Is it possible to make and use a paypal account without having a credit card or bank account?

I was hoping to make a paypal account to pay for runescape membership, i’m trying those money scheme ideas i found on youtube, where you register on paypal then go on this other site, fill out some stuff, like check emails, do surveys, etc, and you get payed to your paypal account, is it possible to send money to my paypal account without having a credit card or bank, and spending it online? Or is it even possible to make a paypal account without having a bank account or credit card.

I need some answers, and i’m sure someone can provide them.

Thanks all

I am having a hard time looking for a work at home job but I’m picky and I need help from anyone that can help?

I am looking for a work at home job that can make me from $500-$1000 a month or better. I am NOT looking for a job that requires me to refer people because I always have difficulty referring people and making sure they stay active. I am NOT looking for a job that is auto pips profits or automatic trades or job that is international because I don’t want jobs from out of US. I want a job based in the US, not the UK or some other foreign country that I don’t know because most of the time it’s NOT for US and I just end up wasting my time. I am NOT looking for a job that requires me to to sell anything. I am NOT looking for a job that requires me to write because I don’t like to write articles. I do surveys, that’s the best I got. But it’s not enough income. I need to make a living to pay bills, rent, and I’m going to live on my own pretty soon. I don’t want to go out and look for a job. I need help finding the work at home jobs that really do pay awesome checks. I’m going to be living on my own some other time in a cheap place and don’t know how to make $500 or better. I need a work at home job that guarantees me to survive on my own. I have to worry about bills. I’m not making enough to meet ends meet. Jobs that I am NOT looking for overall: writing, autopips profits or automatic trades, selling anything, referring people, NO clickbank marketing. I feel like there is no help for me in making $500. My parents want me to move out of their house and I’m 19 and it sucks I have no job. They are only giving a couple of months until they kick me out to get my own place. I rather work at home. The jobs to I applied for online require me to have experience and I don’t have any experience. Not one person has aided to my rescue to find the solution to my problem. If I do trafficing to a website, it’s going to be very hard to get visitors and it’s just little money per click like $.003 and that is so crappy. I get little money for the crappy jobs online, including surveys. $0.50 is not going to save me. I do all the surveys I can and they are long in length of time (that’s what’s killing me) and I always make $10-$20 a day average off of doing those stupid surveys and most the time I don’t qualify. I know it’s something but NOT enough to survive on my own. BUT WHAT I’M MAINLY LOOKING FOR IS WHAT WORK AT HOME JOBS MATCH ME. NOW THAT IS THE MAIN ANSWER I’M LOOKING FOR. Now I’m not here to read any sorry comments now it just wastes my time. I am here for the solution to my question.
