I have a little bit of money that i want to play around with a bit. I would like to get involved with buying and selling some cheap stocks in the stock market, just for fun. I am not concerned about losing any money whatsoever, I just want to mess around with it a bit and see what happens.

What are some online programs that I can use to do this? I have a paypal account with some money on it to fund this.

Does anyone know any programs that I could easily search for stocks, buy them and sell them when i wanted. (with free or very cheap trading rates).

I dont need anything fancy like etrade that provides resources to research stuff, i just need a way to actually buy and sell stocks, preferably with no or a cheap trading fee.
