Welcome back my fellow readers! I wish you all a very happy new year 2008! I know I´m a bit late with this report, but holidays were busy times…

Three month are over now and my blog is still on the way to get slightly more popular. Sure, it could be far better after three month (considering I´ve still a Pagerank of zero), but I think it needs time to evolve. I must admit I was a bit lazy last month, I´ve just posted around 10 articles, which isn´t enough for one month in my opinion, I hope this month it´ll be better.

Currently I have an average of 25 to 30 unique visitors each day, with most of them coming from search engines like Google and other blogs or websites where I left a link to my blog. What keeps me wondering is my Pagerank which is still at zero, I think Google doesn´t really like my blog very much (maybe I got penalized with a zero rank even before even seeing a higher ranking, because my blog deals only about making money and that kind???). My Alexa ranking is down to 732,845 and still falling slowly (which is a positive sign

My earnings for this month are somewhat better than for November. I´ve earned around $22 in the month December. If I add up all my earnings and expenses so far, I´m at $51,50 after half of the time, which isn´t bad at all if all works as good for the next three month. Let´s see what happens.

This time I won´t list each of my money makers here as in the last month´s reports, because the list gets bigger and bigger and it won´t be too useful for my readers. I just want to say some words about my best money makers.

The best money maker for december was Subvert and Profit, which made me $5. I even reached the $10 minimum payout limit this month and got paid from them via Paypal. The second one was Bux.to with around $2. I´ve noticed that the daily ads shown on Bux.to are constantely increasing, sometimes I´ve an average of 15 daily ads each worth $0.01 per click. Also Triond brought me around $1.50 for some articles I´ve published there some month ago, notice that I didn´t have published any new content there, those earnings are still the old articles alone The last (and new) money maker I want to mention is Paid.vg which brought me around $1 within around 2 to 3 weeks of december, you can read more about it in this short review on Paid.vg!

This month I will tell you more about my progress in learning Forex Trading, a highly lucrative but also risky money making opportunity. I also want to write more articles in general, dealing about new money makers I´ll discover here and there. All in all I hope you´ll keep on reading my blog, I´ll do my best to keep you informed!

November is over now and I´m happy to show you my second month report on my progress with the Making Money Experiment. Unfortunately I haven´t earned as much as in October, but I hope I managed to get my blog working better for me in the future, because I´ve done some promotion like building backlinks or advertising that´ll keep me getting more visitors and therefore more money.

My Novembers progress was more characterized by promoting my blog than making money from it (nevertheless, I´ve earned some bucks . I felt it was more import to actual make my blog a bit more popular than focusing only on my earnings. I also wanted to give my readers some more “eye-candy”, so I ´ve developed a new blog design some days ago, because the old one was too ugly (yes, I really hated it

Compared to my earnings in October, which were 18 Dollars, the November earnings are somewhat lower, I´ve only earned 13 Dollars. Now here comes the earnings statistic:

The top money makers this month were Subvert and Profit, Bux, Blogsvertise, Wordlinx and Triond. These programs actual bring me some nice bucks each month, you can also check out my article on my best paying programs, there you can find more information if you want to.

Let me explain 2 new additions to this list that I didn´t have mentioned in one of my posts so far. The first money making opportunity I´ve found was Take the Internet Back. This program pays you for simply reading some advertiser emails (if you´ll join you´ll also get a $10 signup bonus). You´ll also get a share of the evolving company that stands behind TTIB while collecting points for each email you read. The whole process for making money with them is somewhat stupid in my opinion, usually you get around 5 to 10 emails each day in your inbox, which you have to confirm by clicking a link at the end of the mails text. There´s no timer, so you can simply click every link and you´re done, it takes only a minute or so. But as long as they pay you for doing this, it wouldn´t be a problem

The second addition was Fair Ads Network, a program like Google Adsense that let you show some ads on your blog. When anybody clicks on those ads, you´ll get paid. I won´t go too deep into the details here because I´ll write a review of FAN within the next days, for now all I can say is, that they offer a great service and it´s very unlikely that you´ll getted banned from this program like say from Google Adsense (I´ll explain later in one of my posts).

This month I got around 800 unique visitors to my blog, including around 150 returning visitors. My visitors come from all around the world like the USA, UK, Romania, Australia, Israel, Brazil… I really like how wide-spread my blog is visible around the world (I think this will keep me reaching my goals).

Unfortunately my Google Pagerank is still at zero (I´m waiting for the next update), but my Alexa rating keeps increasing (it´s now around 1,100,000). I also see a slowly increase in my daily traffic rates from search engines, it seems my blog got indexed better since I released my new blog design, because I´ve also done some search engine optimization to get higher ranking in the search results.

All in all I think I can reach my goal in getting $100, there are 4 month left and I´ve already earned around $30. Even if I only get around 15 Dollars for each of the next months, I´ll can pay for one year webhosting with my own domain.

The first month of my Making Money Experiment is over now and so far I´m very happy because I earned more than I imagined. I will now show you some statistic like my earnings or blog visitor counts for October.

A lot of work was involved in building this blog and in trying to find all those money making opportunities that are actually worth to put my efforts in. At the moment I have 14 “income” streams which, put together, brought me 18 Dollars for the month October. That´s around $1.30 more than I would need each month to reach my goal in earning exactly $100.

Before I will show you my earnings statistic I will point out that those earnings are only theoretical so far, because I didn´t got paid yet and I can´t say for sure if I will get paid from every site I´ve joined. So I hope the best to reach the payout limits and see my Paypal inbox fill within the next month. For all who can´t wait any longer, here´s the October earnings statistic:

You see, my top earnings come from Adbux because they recently introduced their new offers system. Also Subvert and Profit is doing very well, especially because they are back since only some weeks now. The best PTC sites for this month were Bux.to, Wordlinx and Clixsense.

I hope I can increase those earnings with more referrals, at the moment I only have 5 spread over different programs which are nearly inactive (I think they miss nice money making opportunities…). In the hope of getting more of those referrals I joined Getref this month, but I was cheated twice (people claimed my credits, but didn´t join my programs). I won´t give up using Getref, but for the moment it hasn´t brought me anything.

I´ve done some advertising too. I joined a nice traffic exchange program, where I advertise my splash page which promotes the new paying social network Yuwie.

My blog got indexed by Google, Yahoo and MSN. I was very happy to see that I now have a Pagerank of 0 (yes, it´s zero – don´t laugh, before it was unranked!). My Alexa rating is somewhat below 2,000,000 (before it was over 3.5 million). Lately I placed a full news feed on my blog, which is powered by Feedburner. You can subscribe to it in the top right corner of my blog or do it here!

The traffic for my blog wasn´t that big, but I´m happy with it. I got 127 unique visitors with 204 pageviews from all around the world, especially from the USA, Canada and Israel. I hope my traffic rate will rise within the next month. Therefore I´ve joined a new traffic exchange program called Linkreferral, which brought me around 50 pageviews in the last 2 days.

All in all, I had a nice time so far, but it sometimes was really hard. Especially clicking all those ads has driven me nearly crazy sometimes, but I will stick with my goals. Next month I will keep an eye on my blog design and usefullness, write new in-depth articles to help my readers and try to find new money making opportunities waiting for me out there in the world wide web.
