I just got some recent news from the coder (Jack Ellis) of mbBux regarding the recent downtimes of the site. You probably have already noticed that the site does load extremely slowly or often times not at all. Some people unfortunately only think narrow-minded and are immediately accusing mbBux to be a scam. They are NOT trying to scam ANYBODY!
They current downtime is most probably due to a DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) on their servers. To put it simple, a script kiddy or mbBux hater (maybe another PTC site?) is attacking the mbBux servers by flooding it with multipleĀ requests. That’s often times done with help of a so called bot net, where dozens of Zombie computers (yep, a funny word I know) are sending multiple HTTP requests several times in a row, over and over again. The server can’t stand that massive flood of traffic and simply shuts down or does react extremely slowly.
Accusing mbBux for scamming other people would only make sense if they’d actually have really started their whole site and people would already have invested their money into it. But since mbBux is currently still in Pre-Release phase, there’s not a single reason why they should scam any of us. It simply wouldn’t make sense! Remeber that!
Ok. I’m sure the site will be up agains soon. Brendan, the owner of mbBux, has announced that they’ll put the site on a differnet, more powerful server ASAP!
Let’s hope the best,
Querblogger
PS: Do you wanna know what the “mb” in mbBux does stand for? Well, I know the answer, muharharhar…
PPS: It isn’t that difficult to find out. And no, I don’t got it from Jack or even Brendan himself
Hi guys and gals,
if you’ve followed my posts about my niche blog business you know that I was busy setting up a near maintenance free blog that automatically gets filled with fresh new posts everyday. Today I can finally say that it’s ready to be sold, hehe!
I’ve just set up a thread on Digitalpoint where you can bid or directly buy my website. Check it out for more information!
So, if anybody is interested in purchasing it, feel free to place a bid!
See you,

“Golden membership upgrades will now require a minimum set of requirements to be fulfilled.” (further details here)
That’s the top news for today! Basically what it means is that you have to fulfill some requirements in order to upgrade your account to a Golden membership.
The requirements:
- You need to have made a minimum of 100 clicks
- You need to have rented 200 referrals
- You have to be a member for 30 days and more
That’s about it. All in all not too much of a big deal in my opinion. But the effects might possibly turn NeoBux in an even more powerful PTC since those measures will hopefully increase the overall clicking rate. And, which is the best of all, it’ll let new members get a better understanding on how to correctly handle a Golden account (e.g. ref management, the need to click their own ads…).
We’ll see!
Discussions are open now
Bye,

Welcome to another, admittedly short update on the progress with the brand new PTC called mbBux. There’s not too much to report about this new site yet, but trust me, the guys behind mbBux are working hard to provide us a great and innovative PTC. Some days ago they introduced a Private Messaging system, a feature rarely seen on other PTCs nowadays. It seems that even NeoBux is lacking behind the implemention of private messaging, although it is already announced to be implemented soon.
All in all most of the work currently concentrates on the forum and several contests to get a living community up and running and, which is even more important, to get lots of new members. There are members who already have more than 600 refs in their downline (notice, you’ll get 10% in commissions from all your direct ref purchases). All in all the whole site should now have more than 10,000 members in total (the last official number I heared was 5,000 2 or 3 days ago). One 50,000 members are reached, advertising deals will be handled out and the first ads may show up!
I personally have also done some refering work and somehow managed to get around 60 direct refs already. I advertised on different PTCs like NeoBux, BuxP, Fusionmails, HumanPTC or Advercash, either with banners or by purchasing clicks. On top of that I also created a Squidoo lens about mbBux to gain some more refs. Let’s see if I can win a prize in the referral contest…
Ok, enough said for now! Feel free to join mbBux right now to become a Pioneer member. I can’t repeat it often enough, but you’ll have lots of benefits from becoming an early member on mbBux (just like it helped me to get the ball rolling on NeoBux).
Cheers,
Querblogger
As reported yesterday, mbBux is now in Pre-Release phase and open to new members. I want to give a short update on what’s currently going on with the site.
Well, at the moment mbBux is still very new and most of all the announced features are currently disabled. It seems the two people behind the PTC are currently concentrating on the site forum. And in fact, the forum is looking better and better and it slowly fills with fresh news, information and member threads!
It is said that, once the forum is finished, the first features of mbBux will be released. I’m quite anxious to see what mbBux has to offer. Here are the things that I currently know about the feature list:
- Ad clicks are worth nearly the same amount as on NeoBux (around $0.01 per ad)
- You’ll get 10$ commission on your direct referral’s purchases
- You’ll get the Pioneer status when you join them in the early days (you’ll earn more than standard members)
- Referral renting and Recycling, including per referrral statistics
- Instant payments to Alertpay and Paypal
- Different membership levels
- Several games and jackpots to win cash prizes and referrals
I probably have forgotten some features, but I’ll give an update anyway once the offial features are avalable!
Right now I’ve already referred 6 new members to mbBux and I’m also participating in their first contest where you can win some cash, depending on the number of people you have referred. The contest ends at February 14th, so there’s a lot of time to build up a nice downline, eheh
Ok, enough for now. Feel free to join mbBux right today and see there progress with that fresh new PTC!

Note: mbBux has started it’s pre-launch phase today! See below!
I want to inform you that a brand new PTC site is about to (pre)launch within the next few days. The admin, a New Zealand guy named Brendan who’s also a member on NeoBux, told that the site should be open at around 9pm GMT today!
I tell you that because I think the guys behind this PTC really impose with professionalism, although this might only be a feeling of myself. The features of his PTC will be nearly exactly the same as those found on NeoBux, which includes instant payments, referral renting, commissions from your refs and many more exciting things like games and such.
You should watch out for new information here on TMME to sign up with them as fast as possible (hopefully under my ref link) because you’ll get the Pioneer status, meaning you’ll get more benefits compared to regular members. According to Brendan this pioneer phase will only last 2 or 3 days, maybe even shorter!
I’ll give an update once the site opens its doors. Stay tuned!
See you,
Querblogger
Update: As promised mbBux is now in pre-launch phase. Although it itsn’t fully functional yet, you can already test out some of the features this promising PTC will give us when it’s officially launched. Feel free to join under me and get in early to receive extra benefits like the Pioneer status!
Update 2: You may face problems accessing the site since they are still working on the code. Those problems should be cleared soon!
Welcome to part 4 of my semi-evil niche blog business experiment. I want to give you a short overview about my current progress with my niche site and what I’ve recently done for it.
It seems my little project is slowly picking up pace, although my earnings from my niche blog are still quite small. So far around 350 links were automatically sold via the great link selling service called TNX. The downside, each sold link is currently only worth 6 points and 1,000 points are worth $0.95. So basically this comes down to earnings of around $2, and I know that this is anything butĀ something to live from.
But on the other side it’s also worth to mention that my auto blog is still very young and therefore still ranked at the lower end when it comes to earning points via TNX. A Pagerank 1 webpage for example can easily earn you 100 to 500 points, per single link sold! Now I’m waiting for my backlinks to kick in since they will dramatically alter my ranking and therefore my earnings.
Oh yes, backlinks! Since I’m somewhat lazy when it comes to link building, I’ve done some outsourcing again. 4 days ago I ordered 2,000 directory submissions (PR 0 to 6) from a guy on the DP Forums. Today he sent me the final link report since he’s already done with his job. Awesome service! You can find his thread and more details by following this link. I paid him $28 for this service and I’m now waiting for 2K fresh backlinks pointing to my blog.
The traffic of my niche blog is increasing too, which clearly reflects in my Alexa rating. The only thing that lacks behind is my advertising revenue. I recently installed some advertising blocks from SpeedyAds (a good alternative to Adsense and such), but so far only earned some 10 cents or so. Well, seems I have to wait…
In general I love seeing my blog get filled with fresh content everyday. Several hundred posts were automatically published since I launched the site some weeks ago. And it’s worth to mention that I currently only use some Google News RSS feeds as my source for new posts (beside some articles frome EZA).
I’ll update you when my backlink campaign (hopefully) kicks in!
Cheers,
Querblogger

Hi and welcome back to TMME! Christmas and New Year holidays are over for me and I’m finally back to provide you with fresh money making news as usual. I hope you had some great days and I wish you all the best for this year, which hopefully will be a turning point in my online career too (hey, who knows?
)
To be honest, I haven’t really worked out such thing as a master plan for 2009, but at least I know the main direction that I’ll put my efforts and work into. The next weeks and months I will concentrate on building several niche websites and blogs, all with different methods. I’ll do this for different purposes, be it for ad revenue, affiliate sales or even flipping my sites for some healthy profits. Right now I’m still working on my automated blog about water fuel, with which I see some steady progress, both in the blog’s rankings and my (yet small) earnings. The next big thing I’ll test out is a blog purely based on public domain (free and quality) content, more on this later…
Within the next days I’ll write some updates on my current money makers like NeoBux or my affiliate niche sites. So far I can say that I’m still making money with my small online business. It’s not much, but enough to invest some bucks back in bigger projects (or to allow myself some extra Xmas gifts, hehe…).
Ok, enough for the moment. Stay tuned and keep coming back to my blog!
See you soon,
Querblogger
