Just some short, but bad news from NeoBux. Paypal has frozen 72% of funds in the NeoBux account and also suspended the account for the next 180 days. The reasons? With one word, Paypal…

Paypal isn’t giving the NeoBux admin any specific information besides telling him that “too many transactions were done with his account”. WTF? What did they expect from a PTC site with nearly 2 million members, 10 transactions a day or what? Although you can use Paypal nearly everywhere on the web, I really believe they get worse each day, now that they also refuse to work with one of the rarely honest PTC’s on the web, and that in times of one bank crisis after the other…that’s ridiculous!

Anyway, NeoBux admin has announced that instant payments won’t be affected by this “ban”. In fact, nothing will change with NeoBux besides only having Alertpay left as a payment processor. The site business is still running stable, although a great portion of the funds are frozen right now.

Maybe it’s time to introduce NeoBux’s own debit card? Maybe this ban isn’t as bad as we all think it is as it drives even more innovation. Well, we’ll see…

Yes, it really is! Article marketing is one of the many ways to drive targetted traffic to your website, blog or niche site. It’s really amazing to see how much traffic a well written and keyword rich article can generate in a very short time. And I think I know what I’m talking about since I’m currently using article marketing to drive traffic to my new niche websites…and it works!

Over the last days I published several new articles on EZA to promote my new niche sites. Some days ago I already made 2 new sales from the traffic I got and $33 went to my Clickbank account. And the best thing, I’ve only submitted 10 articles to EZA so far! Unfortunately I can’t submit any new ones right now because my account is under review and the people there will decide wether they upgrade it to a premium one or not (this descission process is normal after submitting 10 articles).

My articles have generated around 336 views so far with 62 clicks on the URLs in my article’s resource box, those URLs that point to my niche sites where I make the sales. That’s a CTR (Click Through Rate) of over 18% and I wouldn’t call that bad!

If I become a premium member on EZA (which means I can submit unlimited articles which also get reviewed faster), I’ll fully concentrate on submitting new articles for sure. Since I know that article marketing really works, I’ll also think about outsourcing the writing work because I’ll most probably make the money back from my affiliate sales (and I’m not the most talented writer anyway). I already found quality content writers that charge only $3 per 500 words and are able to write several hundreds of articles per month.

Some major news from NeoBux! Today the pre-ordering phase for some new enhanced memberships has started and will run until October 13th. Below is an overview of all the different available packs:

You see, the price are exceptionally high, but the benefits are simply amazing. Those new membership are especially lucrative when you have lots of referrals, I would assume at least more than 1,000 if not more. In order to be able to buy those packs you already have to be a Golden member and should have been clicked 500 ads, only then you’ll be able to pre-order those packs.

Today I funded my Golden Upgrade account with $810 and I will go for the Ultimate pack. You may call me crazy to invest so much money in a PTC, but I’m quite relaxed since NeoBux has paid me already 5 times, instantly! I’m quite sure they will still exist after I broke even with this investment.

So that means saving every single cent for the next weeks to come to get my investment back. With help of the Ultimate pack I should make an extra $10 or $15 per day, so it shouldn’t be that problem. But the benefits will really start to kick in when I have more referrals. Well, let’s see. I’ll keep you up-to-date!

Welcome to my earnings report numer 12! One year of my Making Money Experiment is over now and the last months I made my biggest earnings so far!

To make it short, in September I made exactly $1,115.21 in gross profits! I say gross profits because only a small percentage of this money actually found its way into my wallet, most of it is already reinvested in my projects in order to make even more.

I believe you already know where most of the money was coming from? No? Ok, it’s NeoBux again. This brilliant PTC brought me $994 in this month alone. Thanks to all of my 1850 referrals who heavily contributed in making me that big bucks! Thank you so much!

The next biggest earner was my first niche site. It made me a total of 3 sales for this month and I got another $85 in my Clickbank account. It’s quite amazing how well this site performs since I’ve actually put only around 8 hours into it. The last year it made me over $250 without any further work. Affiliate marketing really rocks!

The rest of the money mainly came from selling links here on TMME and contextual ads (which I’ve dropped right now since they make me barely any money).

In september my blog only received about 2,500 unique visitors, a declining trend not only seen here on TMME but also on other websites. My blog still has a Pagerank of 2 and an Alexa rating of 200,000 due to the drop in monthly traffic.

Anyway, september was the best month in my whole one year making money career, regardless of how much traffic my site has received. Since the earings have massivly increased, I’m quite lucky about it.

Everything began with a small blog hosted on Blogger.com, nearly exactly 12 months ago. I had no visitors, my earnings were around 1% of what I currently make and I was a complete noob. Now, 365 days later, I can say that I’ve managed quite alot the last weeks and months. My blog attracted nearly 25,000 unique visitors. Can you imagine that crowd in one place? Sure, Probloggers and Shoemoneys may laugh about that because they receive such traffic on a daily basis, but I’m still very proud of myself!

But that should definitely be not the end! In the long run I’m trying to quit my regular day job, so I’ll definitely need more cash, and I should also concentrate my work on more serious money making opportunities like affiliate marketing for example. Feel free to follow me the next years to come, I’ll do my best to bring you quality information!

Just a side note, I’ll give up reporting my earnings on a monthly basis since I feel like a boaster and also because a lot of research work is involved with it. But have no fear, from now on I’ll report my earnings quarterly, that means every 3 months instead of one!
