Thank you,

it highly depends on the topic you're writing about. I too have lenses that get little or no traffic from search engines, but only from the links I've put on other websites. That's because I targetted the wrong keywords that either have too few searches each day, too much competition or even both.

When targetting the right keywords and also when you write about something new (like I did with my neoBux review), traffic is nearly quaranteed. At least that's what I have experienced with my Squidoo lenses.

See you,

Hey Querblogger, I like your site and all... This post makes it seem like the lenses will get traffic by themselves, however my lens is only getting traffic from the sites I posted it on.

[...] The Power of Squidoo This post is about the benefits of using Squidoo as a great tool to make money, drive traffic and to show other people that you’re an expert in a certain niche. Because I’ve already written some of those so called lenses by myself, I want to share my thoughts about it. Squidoo is a web project launched and founded by Seth Godin in October 2005. Basically it offers you to write and publish single webpages, so called lenses, that may deal about different things you like and/or want to promote. Y [...]
