Will Stumble for Links!

Everybody likes them, everybody needs them. Free Stumbles! You don’t know what I’m talking about? Ok, let me tell you in short and find out how to get free Stumbles from me!

First of all, a Stumble is comparable to a vote on a website or blog you like. If you have installed the StumbleUpon toolbar, you can rate any site you stumbled upon with a so called “Thumbs Up” if you like it. The more Stumbles a website gets, the more popular it will be for the online community and therefore receive more traffic. Sometimes it’s possible to get some thousand visitors within hours (as I’ve seen by myself on this blog).

Anyway, you may be interested in getting those free stumbles and can’t wait any longer? Well, read on!

Today I will start a nice “service” where you can receive up to 20 free Stumbles from me. All you have to do in exchange, is linking back to my blog from your blogs or websites. Easy, isn’t it?

Ok, all you have to do, is to provide a link back to my blog (http://www.makingmoneyexperiment.com) with the following anchor text (choose one randomly please):

  • Make Money Online
  • Money Making Infos
  • The Making Money Experiment

The next step is to write a comment on this post. First you have to provide the website address where you placed my link, so I can first check it. Use the provided field in the comment dialogue where you can enter the address. Second thing is to write down up to 20 websites/blogs/blog posts you would like to have stumbled from me.

That’s all. I will check if you have set the backlink to my blog and then start stumbling your sites!

Another thing worth to mention is that you’re sites should already be stumbled at least on time (if there’s one link that isn’t already stumbled, I’ll “discover” it for you…but no more). You also shouldn’t remove the backlink immediately after I’ve stumbled your sites , I will give you a “Thumbs down” then. The best would be if you leave it there forever ;).

Ok, this should be all for now. You set the link, I will give you the Stumbles!

Hehe..What have we here? Are you somehow plagiarizing me, Querblogger? Cause I’m the only one allowed to offer free stumbles, remember? I’m THE ONLY evil guy around.
No, seriously..the above phrases were just a joke, hope I haven’t scared you away:P It’s nice to see that you’re also offering free stumbles. And when I said I’m the only evil guy around, you know I didn’t meant it ( cause there’s one more evil dude: and that’s you ) ;) I hope your “Will Stumble for links” campaign will go well and that you’ll manage to drive some traffic to your blog. Best of luck!

    Cheers,
    Tiberius aka Midwest

Well, I like plagiarizing other people!

Ok, lets say you have “inspired” me to start my own Stumble service here. ;) But I’m a bit sceptical about the success of this campaign, not only because my earlier contests haven’t proved popular. But I see your personal success with your Stumble campaign and that gives me some hope for this time. :)

    Bye

It’d be good for you to go through the StumbleUpon ToS once! Any kind of bartering for stumbles is against their policy and they won’t take too long to spot and ban you.

    Thanks for that tip,

but so far I haven’t found a paragraph that clearly states that stumbling other peoples websites (in a manner like I will do) is against the StumbleUpon TOS. But maybe I’m wrong?! Anyway, I know what you mean… ;)

I think, as long as I also stumble my regular pages (the ones that I really like and would “thumbs up” anyway), I’m fine. Please do also notice that I won’t stumble any spam pages or sites containing illegal content! That would be a reason for terminating my account.

    Bye,

Hell yeah! As long as you’re also stumbling other pages ( the ones you REALLY like and aren’t spammy ), then SU shouldn’t ban you. So..let the man do his job, will ya? ;)
