Paid.vg Scam Alert!

Today I checked my Paid.vg account again to see if my first payment has finally been sent to my Alertpay account. But, as I already expected, no money was sent. I’m waiting since February 25th on my first $13 payout and the Paid.vg TOS states that payments will be send within 30 days. So, even after 30 business days, I didn’t get paid. Many members, including premiums, were not paid too. But that isn’t the only problem that currently occurs on Paid.vg…

Today I also noticed a mysterious change in my accounts payment history. Some days ago the history showed me a pending payment of $13 (the money I’m still waiting for), but today…nada! It seems the Paid.vg admin has silently removed pending payment requests. And here I’m not the only one again. It looks like all members with pending payments have the same problem.

This is what lets me think that Paid.vg turns out to be a real big scam! Unfortunately I have to tell you that, my fellow readers. I know I have promoted Paid.vg many times (it has looked legit until the latest problems) and I feel really sorry to have done that.

I can’t say for 100% if Paid.vg really is a scam, but at the moment it looks like it is. We have payment problems, deleted payment requests, deleted forum threads (some people reported it), a bad support (the ticket system is useless cause nobody answers your questions) and members often times don’t get their ordered referral packages or they get it far too late. For me this looks like money is flowing into Paid.vg, but unfortunately not out of it as it should.

I will keep this post until those problems get resolved by the Paid.vg staff and I encourage everybody, who didn’t get paid yet or feels scammed, to spread the word about this possible scam. I personally will write more scam warnings if it should really turn out to be one.

If you want to join a real good PTC site in the meantime, I would highly suggest you to join Bux.to (reff). This site, with over 3 million members, is legit and already tested by myself. It has a nice support and the best part is, Bux.to really pays!

The new Adbux is on the way!

Today I got a mail from Adbux with some hot information that I will share with you, unless you have already got the same mail. Adbux celebrates its first birthday and the team is about adding more stunning features to their PTC program in May.

There are some really nice features to come to Adbux within the next weeks. Here are the new promised features as stated in their mail:

Revenue Share System

Adbux will offer a new structure for paying its users. Instead of getting paid directly, you’ll get shares from their company which you can sell back to Adbux anytime you want. So, for every click you do, for every offer you take, you’ll get shares. Their target share value is set to $1.00, which will rise if the company is doing well.

Get Paid for Knowledge

You may know Yahoo Answers, where you can answer (and ask) questions for other people? So, Adbux will be pay you for doing so in the future.

Get Paid to Search the Net

Adbux will start their very own search engine, where you also get paid for each search you do.

Get Paid to Play Games

Yes, you’ve heard right! In the future you will earn points/shares for playing games on Adbux. That’s quite an interesting feature in my opinion, making money while having fun. :)

AdBux Charity

Adbux will spend 5% of all the revenue that is generated on their site to charities. You will also have the option to donate by yourself!

New Payment Processors

It turns out that Alertpay is facing many problems lately. Several sites, including Bux.to, are reporting payment problems. To overcome those problems, Adbux will add new payment processors and, just like Bux.to, their very own debit card!

Multiple Levels

The referral system will get more levels. So, you will earn even more, not only from your direct referrals, but also from those members several levels below. The new system will be released during the next quarter.

Language Support

Easy, Adbux will support more languages in the future.

Daily Payouts

Premium members are able to receive daily payments.

So, let’s see if those features really get integrated within the next week/month. It would be nice to see such new additions and it would make Adbux a great PTC site again (at the moment I favour Bux.to).

Bye bye,

My Feedburner Link is down!

I feel sorry, but after moving my blog to a self-hosted WordPress install, my feedburner feed has totally messed up. I’m looking for a fix, but it seems nobody can help me. Feedburner doesn’t accept my WordPress feed, although it is valid. I don’t know the reason for this.

I hope I won’t lose all of my current subscribers…

See you,

The Making Money Experiment is under construction!

You may have noticed that I’m working on a new blog design again. But this time everything is a bit different than my last design change some month ago.

At the moment I’m heavily working on porting my old Blogger blog to WordPress (which I have already done when you read that post here). So I’ve finally taken the step to move “The Making Money Experiment” to a self-hosted account on Hostgator. I know have the money for doing that, because the first phase of my experiment (to make 100 bucks within six month online) was a full success!

I’m still working on the dirty little details here and there, but in general “new” blog should work now. At the moment I’m only facing severe problems with my RSS feed, it seems like Feedburner doesn’t accept my new feed address.

In general I try to heavily unclutter my blog design and remove as much advertising as possible (I won’t leave my blog naked, don’t panic!). I think, my blog should mainly focus on content in order to help my readers the most. I follow the KISS principle – “Keep It Simple, Stupid”…

So long,

I’m busy…

Hi, I’m still alive! I must excuse for the lack of updates lately, but I’m very busy at the moment. I’m just working on my first niche website where I will promote a Clickbank product. Therefore I have to write some good articles for doing article marketing, set up a new website with domain and work on search engine optimization (SEO) to boost the search engine rankings for my targeted keywords. I can’t reveal more details yet, sorry. :)

The whole niche website story is part of my new goal for my Making Money Experiment, to make way more money than only $100 within six month. But, as already promised in my sixth month report, I’ll give you more details soon.

Till later,
