This shouldn´t be a post about making money online, it´s more about some legal issues that I need to work on within my blog. You wonder what I´m talking about? No problem, I´ll explain it.

The first thing I´ll have to integrate into my blog will be some kind of Disclosure Policy. I´ve seen this on many blogs including the one from my friend Midwest. I feel I´ll need this by myself, not only because of helping my readers to understand what my blog is all about, but also because of some legal issues. In Germany, where I´m from, there are some laws that force me to provide some kind of disclosure policy.

The second thing will be a Contact Information (or an about page if you will). I have to add this mainly because of some german laws (if I won´t add these information, I may even have to pay a penality). So I´ll write some short “about me” to safeguard against any legal problems. But it´ll probably be more helpful to my readers to let them know who I really am.

The third and last thing I´ll add to my blog are some Terms Of Service, that´ll tell you what you are allowed to do on this blog (lets me feel like someone big and evil:) It´ll also have a disclaimer and a notice about outgoing links to other blogs and websites.

Please don´t wonder about my following posts, I´ll have to write each of those texts mentioned above in the form of a regular blogpost, that I can link to later on. I know it´s a bit circuitous, but Blogger doesn´t really support static pages, so I´ll have to do it in this way.
