Short Update On Helium.com

In one post some days ago I mentioned that I published my first article on Helium. The articles deals about some facts and features about the new Google Phone. Today I checked how my article performed so far, I got $0.10 within 4 days only for that one article. Compared to other sites where you can submit your writings for monetizing, it isn´t bad at all, it´s nearly two times more than what I earn on Triond for example (compared to one published article). This is mainly because Helium is much more popular than Triond and therefore generates more traffic to each article published there. More traffic means more ad revenues that you´ll get paid. Yes, I know, 10 Cents doesn´t sound too good, but you must notice that I only published one article so far.

I will investigate Helium further while writing more articles there, then I can do some comparisons to Triond. If it turns out that I can make more money on Helium I´ll probably drop writing for Triond.

Btw, you may have noticed my first sponsored post (the last one)? My account on Blogsvertise got approved today and I´m now in Probation status, meaning my blog is still a bit too “young” to receive full payments for sponsored posts. But I still get $2.00 for each task I complete. When my blog becomes “older” I´ve the chance to resubmit it for a new approval (the blog must be at least 60 days old and regulary updated), than I´ll receive up to $15 for each review I post here. I hope those sponsored posts aren´t too annoying, I´ll do my best to give you quality information anyway.

Happy Surfing (on the Web ;-)

Update: I just earned $2.00 from my last review as it got approved by the Blogsvertise admin!

    Hey there! :-)

First, I’d like to tell you that I found you through link refferal. (Just thought you’d like to know, as I always like to know where my traffic comes from…what works and not.)

I have been going through the same process that you have. I’ve been doing a lot of research and found some good things that work, and a few that I am in the beginning processes of.

I don’t want to discourage you or anything, but… don’t spend so much of your time writing for Helium…it really doesn’t pay. Pennies at best.

I will leave you with one thing today. This should make you $100 every 3-4 months…especially if you have 2-3 friends that you can reffer, you can likely make it in 3 or less.

If you have ever done MyPoints, it’s similar to that, only it’s more profitable and pays cash instead of points.

There is a $20 signup bonus, and I average about $1 or a little over a day…just with my emailed ads alone.

You can sign up Here, it’s free.

Once you sign up, you can check out my post…A Great Program…
…to ensure that you are clicking the correct links in the ads to get paid.

Let me know how you are doing :-)
There are ads at the site you can view as well…but they don’t pay nearly as much as the paid emails.

Make sure you chose the option to have the mail come to your inbox, or they will put your mailings on the site, and you will wonder why you aren’t getting them.
I usually get about 10 emails a day that range from around 10-25 cents each.

I’ll be checking back with you to see how your doing here.

    Warm Regards,
    Sunny

    Thanks for that tip sunny!

First I want to say that I don´t write articles only for money making purposes, but also because I like writing them and give you all the information I found about a topic that I´m interested in. I know I won´t make much with Helium or Triond, but it´s even better than getting nothing for your work.

I´ll join your recommended PTR program (hope this will also help you a bit). Although I don´t know if it´s a scam or not, I´ll test if it works for me. If not I can write an evil blog entry about it ;-)

    Bye,

Hey Querblogger..You’re right about the tip Sunny gave you: if the site is good, then it worth checking it. If not, go ahead and be evil.hehe.
BTW, I’ve signed up for Blogsvertise too and wrote the first review, about Discount Click:) You said you got paid 2 bucks for the same review? Well, I will be paid $5:) At least, that’s what they say. And because my blog is older than yours, I was approved faster. I’m not trying to show off, but just wanted to let you know about this:)

    Cheers,
    Midwest

    Now I´m getting evil ;-)

No really, it seems your blog is around one month older than mine, that´s the reason why you´ll get $3 more…(I´m a bit evil know)

La revedere! (hope I spelled it correctly?!)

    I know you’re evil;)

So you say your blog is just one month younger than mine? That means you’ve started it in September? Cause I’ve started blogging in August:) Anyway, it doesn’t matter this too much, as we are not competing for any prize. We’re just 2 evil bloggers, trying to be even more evil than that:D

Die Phrase ist correct, Übel blogger & Auf Wiedersehen ( hope that this is spelled correctly!? )

Yep, I started my blog in September, but my experiment began in October. But you´re right, we are not competing for anything (besides being the most evil (what a running gag :))

Btw, here´s the german translation from your greetings: “Die Phrase ist korrekt. Böser Blogger & Auf Wiedersehen”. Really good, I understood you!

Interesting..Well, I can say I’ve started my blog in August, but I haven’t monetized it quite immediately. I wasn’t making money ’til last month ( when I’ve earned about 67 bucks with it..and not only with it:) Let’s hope that things will go just fine and that we will make some good cash with our (evil) blogs..because we are evil, right? ( As you said, a running gag:))

I’m glad that you’ve understood my greetings, as I don’t speak German. I only know some words like “Schnell (fast)”, “Ja(Yes)”, “Auf Wiedersehen (Goodbye)” and “Und (and)”..that’s pretty much it:) I only speak English and some French..and let’s not forget Romanian:)

BTW, your greetings were correct, I understood you too! If you want to ask me more Romanian words, just let me know;)
