You will be rewarded for starting and/or taking part in discussions about different topics. The whole site is like a really big forum, where you can speak about what you think or like.

I can´t say exactly how much one can earn because the algorithms for computing your earnings are kept secret, but i´ve experimented with it for some days. I have noticed that, by posting about five comments and starting one discussion thread per day, you can earn $0.04 daily. This doesn´t sound much, mainly because I was a bit lazy. But if you keep posting on a more regulary basis, you can expect more cash.

Today I will show you a nice way for earning some extra money by simply writing articles. I found a website that let you earn some money with your own articles. The site is called Triond. The whole thing is very easy. First you create an account, then you start writing an article that deals with anything what you like. You publish your article and the guys from Triond put it on the most adequate website in their portfolio. They will provide your writing with some ads and share their earnings in a 50/50 manner with you.

The advantage of this form of writing is the bigger readership. If you´ve just started blogging you will most likely have very small traffic to your blog post. So publishing your articles to a better known website with more readers can lead to an increase in ad revenues.

I have tested Triond and all I can say is that it works. At the moment I´ve written only 4 articles so far, but I´ve already got about $3.50 (I started writing about 2 weeks ago). My best articles so far deals with the new Flight Simulator mode in Google Earth, which brought me about 2000 page views. I hope the earnings will increase if I write more articles, let´s see.

So I´m on my way for earning 100 Dollars in 6 month. Yes, I hear you laughing, but I think it´s worth every penny to achieve my goals. This will be my first post and i want to tell you about the idea behind this Blog. I will give you some informations regarding the reasons for starting this project.

I am using the Internet for several years now, starting with a 28K modem in the late 90th, I am now on a 16Mbit line. The Web is a fascinating place to find the most different informations out there. You can do nearly everything, from watching funny video clips to joining great communities, from playing online games to writing articles, like I do at this moment. The Web is full of possibilities, so I came across the fact, that one could turn his daily web activities into some cash.

It seems that there are some people really making a pile of money. You probably have heared of Darren Rowse or John Cow and their wonderful articles about making money or improving your Blog to turn it into a money making machine? Unfortunately for the moment these great Bloggers are way too “mighty” to compete with. So let´s begin more from the bottom.

My first goal will be to make enough money for me to pay for (at least) one year web hosting with my own domain. Sure, I could do this without writing a Blog, because webhosting isn´t that expensive. I have investigated some webhosts and found some that offer good plans for about $5 per month (including domain hosting). I will go this way because it´s a good starting point for entering the money making blogosphere and I will probably learn some things along this way. My goal is therefore to gain exactly $100 and an even higher amount of knowledge within 6 month starting from October 1st. Hopefully I will make it in less than these 6 month.

On my way I will present you with monthly earning reports to keep you up to date. I will show and write about money making opportunities and encourage you to comment on all these future posts to give me some hints and vice versa.

Now you have a (very basic) idea of what I wish to accomplish within the next 6 month with this Blog. In my next posts I will show you the first money making opportunities I´m currently involved, some goals for the near future and some facts about my daily internet life and all the good and evil things that can happen on the Web.
