Pay Per View Advertising - Introduction

Hi my fellow readers. Again a long time without posts I know. I’m really sorry about that and I hope you don’t mind, but I was too busy with several projects that I’m currently involved with. But there’s also good news, the most recent money making opportunity I’m checking out right now will give me some good stuff to write about. So let’s go on!

Pay Per View Advertising

Some days ago I came across a fairly unknown advertising method called Pay Per View advertising or PPV in short. I stumbled across it through a WSO published on the Warriorforum. The sales letter looked quite interesting and I bought that short report about how to use PPV traffic to generate affiliate sales and leads. A nice read, but fairly expensive for the amount of information that was provided. But that’s another story.

Anyway, you may finally want to know what Pay Per View advertising? It’s Adware traffic. Simply as that. But wait, before I hear you say that Mr. Querblogger has gone wild and is now on the Blackhat side or something like that, be assured that PPV advertising has nothing to do with any illegal stuff! On the contrary, PPV is probably the most targeted and cheap advertising method out there.

PPV traffic is provided by big advertising networks like Media Traffic, Traffic Vance, Adonnetwork or Zango. These networks usually have huge databases of user who have WILLINGLY installed adware on their PCs, most times by installing a toolbar, free games or software for example. Such ad networks will publish your ads as Popups or Pop-unders to all these users whenever a certain search keyword or even URL is triggered.

Basically a PPV network works much like a PPC ad network like Google Adwords for example. Advertisers are able to bid on certain keywords and URLs. Whenever a user who has installed Adware on his PC does a search on a search engine or even directly types in a URL in his browser, a Popup or Pop-Under with your choosen ad will automatically appear. Each time this happens you get charged a certain fee, just like with PPC ads. The big difference is the cost of a single ad view.

Typically bidding on major search terms like “weight loss” or “credit cards” for example can easily cost you several Dollars per single click. PPV traffic, which is nearly as much targeted as PPC traffic, will cost only a small portion of that. Usually you’ll find click prices in the range of 2 or 3 Cents and that’s a BIG difference in my opinion. With PPV traffic you’ll get the benefits of targeted advertising to a much lower cost than other advertising methods. Another big plus is the option to advertise your referral links and CPA offers directly, you don’t need to mess around with Quality Scores and have to build a landing page for example! There’s just one question left, what about conversion rates?

And that’s probably(I don’t know yet) a major downside of Pay Per View advertising. Because the ads are provided in the form of a Popup or Pop-Under and the traffic has therefore less “quality” than PPC for example, many people will simply just click away your ad and forget about it. But since you can advertise for such cheap prices, it’s still a valuable method of promoting your products, CPA offers or whatever you feel like promoting.

During the next days I will start a case study (actually I’ve already started a first test) and give you a real example on how PPV advertsing works and what you might expect from it. It will be interesting to see how my ads will convert and if I’m able to make some profits or not.

Feel free to check back soon, you’ll save some good money while letting me test the whole PPV thing for you first (I’ve already spend nearly $300 for getting the rigth infos and funding my PPV account). ;)

See you soon,

Bookmarking Made Easy

After my recent post about finding hot micro niche markets with Micro Niche Finder, I’ll today present you an awesome tool that I just recently bought. It’s called Bookmarking Demon and you’ve probably heard about it while reading other money making blogs or forums. It’s well worth to mention because I believe it’s a great piece of software and especially useful when building niche websites which need that extra surge of traffic and backlinks.

Social bookmarking sites like Digg, Propeller or Mister Wong are extremely popular in these days. They usually  rank high  for dozens of keywords out there and search engines like Google love such sites. Social bookmarking sites are therefore an incredible valuable source for strong backlinks to websites and blogs. Submitting an article, story or blog post to a bookmarking site gives you an authority backlink pointing to your own site. Search engines will see those links pointing to your sites and in return give it a higher ranking in the SERPS.

Ok, all good so far, all you have to do is to constantly submit your posts to as many bookmarking services as you can. Well, there’s a catch! It’s the time you’ll need for all those submissions, each and every day…

Bookmarking Demon is the missing link between your submission attempts and getting massive backlinks and traffic to your websites and blogs. It does nearly ALL the hard work involved, which is:

  • Creating (multiple) accounts on hundreds of bookmarking services automatically
  • Managing websites and pages and submitting them to all the selected bookmarking sites
  • Keeping track of what was already submitted to avoid duplicate submissions
  • Cloaking your regular submissions with content from RSS feeds like Youtube popular vids and such
  • Pinging your social bookmarking site profiles
  • Dozens of more features

The BD software is a golden nugget when it comes to making your money making life easier. You’ll save a lot of time and can concentrate on other tasks like setting up more websites for example.

But let me give you a warning before you may consider purchasing this tool! Bookmarking Demon costs $147 and that’s a lot of money for many people just starting to establish an online biz. If your intention is only to submit a site or post every once in a while, Bookmarking Demon is definietly not what you’re searching for. But if you are about to develope a whole portfolio of niche websites (like I do) I can highly recommend Bookmarking Demon. Give this awesome tool a try!

See you soon,

Keyword Research Made Easy

It’s time to feed this blog with some fresh news again. I’m really sorry for the lack of content the last days, but I’m working on several new projects that eat up most of my time. But there’s definitely a reason for me working that hard! The year 2009 should be THE year for my online career. I would like to finally start earning some real money from the web, enough money to eventually make a living from it. :)

Ok, the last days I did some keyword research for a new niche site. I therefore used the Wordtracker Gtrends tool and also Google’s Keyword tool. Both tools are incredibely helpful and you could research thousands and thousands of keywords day in, day out. But there’s a catch! It takes a lot of time to build up a comprehensive keyword list. Building such a keyword list usually involves getting the monthly search count for a certain keyword, finding long tail keywords, finding competing websites that also target your keywords and many more things. And trust me, keyword research is time-consuming as hell (and also sometimes extremely boring).

So I went on to get some tools that may help me in automating my keyword research. And while browsing the Warriorforum I finally found some recommendations from the fellow Warriors which pointed me to a program called Micro Niche Finder. And before you think “hey, this guy is only trying to sell me some shitty software for some nice affiliate cash”, please be assured that I can really highly recommend this tool and I would also do so if they wouldn’t offer an affiliate program. But since I’m here to make some money…you know. ;)

Ok, what is Micro Niche Finder? Well, it’s a program that does nearly all your keyword research for you, automatically! You put in some main keyword and MNF spits out dozens of long tail keywords, including the following:

  • monthly search count
  • search trend
  • competing pages
  • advertising cost
  • commercial intent (based on Microsoft tools to value a keyword)
  • strenght of competition.

Especially the last value (SOC) brings down your keyword research to a simple number which shows if the choosen keyword is worth any efforts or not. Low numbers show that it’s easy to rank with such a keyword, higher numbers keep you from wasting your time to optimize for such keywords.

MNF also let you dig deeper on a choosen keyword to find even longer tail keywords. On top of that it also helps you in finding appropiate affiliate programs (e.g. on Clickbank or Amazon), getting content and articles or a strong LSI search (it finds keywords that semantically fit to your choosen keyword, good for SEO purposes).

I could talk a lot longer about the benefits of Micro Niche Finder, but I will rather use that time to find some new keywords instead. That’s easy too, MNF also offer a brainstorm tool and shows what’s hot and heavily searched right now. You simply click a button and the keywords are coming in.

Ok, enough text. I won’t regret buying Micro Niche Finder since it helps me a lot in saving time. I now can concentrate on other stuff like getting content for my sites or building backlinks, other stuff that’s important for making money online! If you’d like to get some more infor on MNF, feel free to sign up for their free introducery videos that show the benefits of using that great tool!

Happy keyword searching!

I’m still here - Don’t worry!

Hey, long time since I last published a post here on TMME. I want to apologize for this lack of fresh posts lately, but some of my current projects are demanding a lot of my available time and so I had to concentrate on that work instead of my blog. It simply had to be done. And in the end it’s all about making money online huh? It usually involves working for it, unless you find the holy grail of getting rich quick ;)

So, will I post any new content soon? For sure, but most probably not as regular as I did in the earlier days of TMME. So don’t fear I will abandon my blog! The next post(s) will deal about one of my new projects, a hopefully very profitable online business that relies on niche blogs, affiliate marketing, public domain content and some other interisting things. More on this later!

For now I have to say Goodbye. Stay tuned!

mbBux - Recent downtimes are NOT a scam!

I just got some recent news from the coder (Jack Ellis) of mbBux regarding the recent downtimes of the site. You probably have already noticed that the site does load extremely slowly or often times not at all. Some people unfortunately only think narrow-minded and are immediately accusing mbBux to be a scam. They are NOT trying to scam ANYBODY!

They current downtime is most probably due to a DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) on their servers. To put it simple, a script kiddy or mbBux hater (maybe another PTC site?) is attacking the mbBux servers by flooding it with multiple  requests. That’s often times done with help of a so called bot net, where dozens of Zombie computers (yep, a funny word I know) are sending multiple HTTP requests several times in a row, over and over again. The server can’t stand that massive flood of traffic and simply shuts down or does react extremely slowly.

Accusing mbBux for scamming other people would only make sense if they’d actually have really started their whole site and people would already have invested their money into it. But since mbBux is currently still in Pre-Release phase, there’s not a single reason why they should scam any of us. It simply wouldn’t make sense! Remeber that!

Ok. I’m sure the site will be up agains soon. Brendan, the owner of mbBux, has announced that they’ll put the site on a differnet, more powerful server ASAP!

Let’s hope the best,
Querblogger

PS: Do you wanna know what the “mb” in mbBux does stand for? Well, I know the answer, muharharhar… :D
PPS: It isn’t that difficult to find out. And no, I don’t got it from Jack or even Brendan himself :P

News from NeoBux!

“Golden membership upgrades will now require a minimum set of requirements to be fulfilled.” (further details here)

That’s the top news for today! Basically what it means is that you have to fulfill some requirements in order to upgrade your account to a Golden membership.

The requirements:

- You need to have made a minimum of 100 clicks
- You need to have rented 200 referrals
- You have to be a member for 30 days and more

That’s about it. All in all not too much of a big deal in my opinion. But the effects might possibly turn NeoBux in an even more powerful PTC since those measures will hopefully increase the overall clicking rate. And, which is the best of all, it’ll let new members get a better understanding on how to correctly handle a Golden account (e.g. ref management, the need to click their own ads…).

We’ll see!
Discussions are open now ;)

mbBux - Update Two

Welcome to another, admittedly short update on the progress with the brand new PTC called mbBux. There’s not too much to report about this new site yet, but trust me, the guys behind mbBux are working hard to provide us a great and innovative PTC. Some days ago they introduced a Private Messaging system, a feature rarely seen on other PTCs nowadays. It seems that even NeoBux is lacking behind the implemention of private messaging, although it is already announced to be implemented soon.

All in all most of the work currently concentrates on the forum and several contests to get a living community up and running and, which is even more important, to get lots of new members. There are members who already have more than 600 refs in their downline (notice, you’ll get 10% in commissions from all your direct ref purchases). All in all the whole site should now have more than 10,000 members in total (the last official number I heared was 5,000 2 or 3 days ago). One 50,000 members are reached, advertising deals will be handled out and the first ads may show up!

I personally have also done some refering work and somehow managed to get around 60 direct refs already. I advertised on different PTCs like NeoBux, BuxP, Fusionmails, HumanPTC or Advercash, either with banners or by purchasing clicks. On top of that I also created a Squidoo lens about mbBux to gain some more refs. Let’s see if I can win a prize in the referral contest… :)

Ok, enough said for now! Feel free to join mbBux right now to become a Pioneer member. I can’t repeat it often enough, but you’ll have lots of benefits from becoming an early member on mbBux (just like it helped me to get the ball rolling on NeoBux).

Cheers,
Querblogger

mbBux - Update One

As reported yesterday, mbBux is now in Pre-Release phase and open to new members. I want to give a short update on what’s currently going on with the site.

Well, at the moment mbBux is still very new and most of all the announced features are currently disabled. It seems the two people behind the PTC are currently concentrating on the site forum. And in fact, the forum is looking better and better and it slowly fills with fresh news, information and member threads!

It is said that, once the forum is finished, the first features of mbBux will be released. I’m quite anxious to see what mbBux has to offer. Here are the things that I currently know about the feature list:

  • Ad clicks are worth nearly the same amount as on NeoBux (around $0.01 per ad)
  • You’ll get 10$ commission on your direct referral’s purchases
  • You’ll get the Pioneer status when you join them in the early days (you’ll earn more than standard members)
  • Referral renting and Recycling, including per referrral statistics
  • Instant payments to Alertpay and Paypal
  • Different membership levels
  • Several games and jackpots to win cash prizes and referrals

I probably have forgotten some features, but I’ll give an update anyway once the offial features are avalable!

Right now I’ve already referred 6 new members to mbBux and I’m also participating in their first contest where you can win some cash, depending on the number of people you have referred. The contest ends at February 14th, so there’s a lot of time to build up a nice downline, eheh ;)

Ok, enough for now. Feel free to join mbBux right today and see there progress with that fresh new PTC!

mbBux - New PTC site on the way!

Note: mbBux has started it’s pre-launch phase today! See below!

I want to inform you that a brand new PTC site is about to (pre)launch within the next few days. The admin, a New Zealand guy named Brendan who’s also a member on NeoBux, told that the site should be open at around 9pm GMT today!

I tell you that because I think the guys behind this PTC really impose with professionalism, although this might only be a feeling of myself. The features of his PTC will be nearly exactly the same as those found on NeoBux, which includes instant payments, referral renting, commissions from your refs and many more exciting things like games and such.

You should watch out for new information here on TMME to sign up with them as fast as possible (hopefully under my ref link) because you’ll get the Pioneer status, meaning you’ll get more benefits compared to regular members. According to Brendan this pioneer phase will only last 2 or 3 days, maybe even shorter!

I’ll give an update once the site opens its doors. Stay tuned! :)

See you,
Querblogger

Update: As promised mbBux is now in pre-launch phase. Although it itsn’t fully functional yet, you can already test out some of the features this promising PTC will give us when it’s officially launched. Feel free to join under me and get in early to receive extra benefits like the Pioneer status!

Update 2: You may face problems accessing the site since they are still working on the code. Those problems should be cleared soon!
